Tips in Using Your Military Star Credit Card
- Save copies of all your transaction receipts or charges.
- Make sure to always check your monthly billing statement and make a comparison against the receipts you have saved.
- If there appears any dubious charges or credits appearing in your billing statement promptly contact the Exchange Credit Call Center.
- In case you change your address, notify at once the Exchange Credit Call Center. When you have an incorrect address in the system, it will delay the receipt of your statement.
- Always settle payments promptly. Whenever you will be unable to settle a payment, contact the Exchange Credit Card Call Center immediately.
- Register for online statements in order to view your account. You can also set up automatic payments that will be deducted from your bank account.
- If you want to dispute particular charges, you may submit the dispute in writing within 60 days after receiving the statement.
